Cody had a great 5th Birthday. He woke up in the morning to a bunch of balloons and I attempted to make a car pancake... it turned out more like a monster truck. We then let him open 2 presents; a new Cars 2 shirt to wear to school and an Angry Bird to hang on his backpack. At school we took cupcakes to share with his class and I stayed for recess to watch him run around with all of his friends. After school Jared came home early and we went to Chuck E Cheese where Cody could play all the car games he wanted. There was hardly anyone there so we had a great time. We then came home and had cake and ice cream with our dear friends the Gaspers'. Cody has been playing with all his car toys non stop. He also received some airplanes, angry bird stuffed animals, lego cars and planes and new church clothes. He also enjoyed getting cards in the mail and e-mail from lots of family. We love our little man and can't believe he is already 5!
